We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. We also cash payments for those that are local. 

Under most circumstances, no. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us via email so we can quickly resolve the issue. If you order a custom item, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We will do our best to solve any issues that may arise, on a case by case basis. 

Yes, ALL custom orders can be cancelled without penalty for 24 hours after submitting your order. After 24 hours, there will be a $20 cancellation fee that will be deducted from your refund. There are NO exceptions to this. 

For ready to ship items, if you need to cancel your order, you have up to 48 hours after your order is placed. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order or refund you. IF you should cancel your order in the first 48 hours, you will receive a refund, minus 15% of the order total. Please see our Refund Policy for further information. 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. If there is a delay, we will reach out to you via the email you provided when you placed your order. You will receive a tracking number sent to the email or phone number you provided once your order is ready to ship out.
